Sushi Hon is Sydney’s original sushi roll restaurant, being founded in 1992. It has survived 30 years by only using the freshest premium ingredients, from the best first-harvest nori, to select Huon salmon. The Quay Quarter Tower Sushi Hon will be the 8th Sushi Hon restaurant.
