Construction liaison committee

AMP Capital is committed to effective community consultation and stakeholder engagement; we do this by working hand in hand with the communities we operate within. The Construction Liaison Committee (CLC) was established in 2017, with the purpose of regular meetings to enable independent engagement with the community and stakeholders connected with the development of Quay Quarter Sydney.

The CLC implements a consultation process that is transparent and inclusive. AMP Capital have the opportunity to inform the community and stakeholders about the Quay Quarter Sydney development, yet also hear community and feedback views at every stage of the development.

The CLC is comprised of participants who represent surrounding organisations and residences and participants act as a conduit supplying the information within their community.

Some highlights from the CLC meetings include:

August 2018 Presentation on Quay Quarter Hoarding ( see below)

Whilst the committees are not decision-making bodies, the input and feedback received directly results in the development being able to consistently improve and strengthen relationships with the community.
