Quay Quarter Tower is engineered to perform, utilising the latest innovations in building technology and advancing the latest thinking in workplace architecture and design.
 
The large floorplates approximately 2,000sqm provide a high degree of efficient, contiguous workspace, support a diversity in the type and character of spaces and allow a broad range of experiences to be created.

Quay Quarter Tower’s unique façade uses a high performance shading system to maximise the daylight and views whilst minimising the need for blinds and ensuring excellent thermal comfort.

WELLBEING & HEALTH

Quay Quarter Tower takes a people-first approach to design, focused on workplace amenity, health and wellbeing:

  • Landscaped rooftop terrace with variety of spaces for informal meetings, early morning yoga, after work drinks or events for up to 400 people
  • On site gym and End of Trip facilities as well as precinct childcare available to tenants and their visitors supported by a wealth of exercise choices nearby from the Harbour Foreshore to Andrew (Boy) Charlton pool
  • Hospitality and concierge services which take their cues from luxury hotels
  • Three landscaped sky terraces within the tower form social and collaborative opportunities while promoting health and wellbeing
  • One acre of new green space will be added to the precinct, much of it elevated to offer new aspects and vistas for Sydneysiders to enjoy.

Flexible workspaces

Quay Quarter is designed to support businesses by creating new choices for how they use space. This includes offering flexible spaces that extend choice far beyond the traditional office tenancy, encouraging solutions-based thinking through greater creativity and collaboration.
