Construction is underway at Sydney’s most dynamic new neighbourhood.

The iconic globally significant Quay Quarter Tower is being delivered by the tier one builder MULTIPLEX, while the award winning Richard Crookes Constructions is delivering the Quay Quarter Lanes precinct, comprising three residental buildings with integrated retail, new laneways, and refurbishments of two heritage listed buildings. Construction activities will be undertaken according to the conditions of the City of Sydney's development consent.

The hours of construction activities are:
 
Monday  to Friday
              		 7:00am - 7:00pm

Saturday
 		  7:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday & Public Holiday
 		 No works generally occurs. At times, there may be separate applications for Sunday works to avoid night works to reduce impacts on our neighbours.

Out-of-Hours Work
 		 These works are required by council and the governing authorities to occur outside of the standard construction hours. This is generally to avoid impacts on traffic and public transport arrangements. Approvals are obtained from the appropriate authorities for each activity. 

Respite Periods		 7:00am - 8:00am Monday to Saturday
1:00pm - 2:00pm Monday to Saturday
