Quay Quarter Lanes- Construction update

Quay Quarter Lanes, comprises the creation and construction of a new mixed-use development, being undertaken by Richard Crookes Constructions. This includes three new residential buildings featuring 106 boutique apartments, perfectly complimented by a retail precinct around the new Loftus Lane, commercial office space and refurbished heritage buildings; the Gallipoli Memorial Club and Hinchcliff House.

Richard Crookes Constructions is a family-owned construction company with a strong emphasis on building buildings that they and the client are proud of. Since January 2018 they have been the designated team leading the construction and changing the landscape of Quay Quarter.

Significant recent milestones include topping out of the residential buildings and heritage refurbishment of Hinchcliff House ready for hand over and installation of fit out.
