Delivering a truly activated vertical village, Quay Quarter Tower is set to be a powerful enabler of change; a zone of diversity, creativity and connectivity that will revolutionise how people work.

Inspiring innovation

Featuring sky villages with flexible atria and one of the largest floorplates in the CBD, Quay Quarter Tower provides large uninterrupted areas of highly contiguous space, maximising physical and visual connectivity, occupant views and natural daylight

Fostering connectivity

Designed by Danish Architects 3XN, Quay Quarter Tower sets a new global benchmark in workplace design and innovation.

“By dividing the building into five separate volumes and placing an atrium and terrace at the base of each one, the volumes become smaller, more intimate social environments, making it easier for employees to connect and interact with one another.”

Kim Herforth Nielsen, Creative Director, 3XN Architects.

Flexible workspaces

Quay Quarter is designed to support businesses by creating new choices for how they use space. This includes offering third spaces that extend choice far beyond the traditional office tenancy, encouraging solutions-based thinking through greater creativity and collaboration.

Including co-working, conference and meeting areas, these spaces will cater to a multitude of uses – from meeting rooms, expansion space, places for temporary project teams or simply a change of headspace. They can also be used for client and corporate events, informal working or team collaboration.

As technology continues to shape the workplace, Quay Quarter Tower is designed to be a digitally-enabled environment connecting people to place.
The Tower’s digital platform will deliver smart experiences that enable tenants, their staff and visitors to have personalised connections with the building, each other and the precinct.
Data embedded in the base building can be easily extracted and used to facilitate a variety of experiences, enabling experiences and applications to be added in the future as technology evolves over time.
With enterprise-grade wireless technology, tenants and guests at Quay Quarter can work anywhere, at any time.

Quay Quarter Tower takes a people-first approach to design, focused on workplace amenity, health and wellbeing:

  • Landscaped rooftop terrace with variety of spaces for informal meetings, early morning yoga, after work drinks or events for up to 400 people
  • On site gym and End of Trip facilities as well as precinct childcare available to tenants and their visitors supported by a wealth of exercise choices nearby from the Harbour Foreshore to Andrew (Boy) Charlton pool
  • Hospitality and concierge services which take their cues from luxury hotels
  • Three landscaped sky terraces within the tower form social and collaborative opportunities while promoting health and wellbeing
  • One acre of new green space will be added to the precinct, much of it elevated to offer new aspects and vistas for Sydneysiders to enjoy.
